Slipknot to Perform for First Time In Years on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!'

Slipknot is gearing up for the release of their first album in five years. With the August 9 album release date quickly approaching, the band is slowly rolling out a collection of announcements leading up to their long-awaited return.

After sharing dates for a massive tour with Volbeat, the Iowa rockers just dropped more great news. Their first performance since November 2016 will be an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The May 17th set is a huge departure from what we usually see on Kimmel, and we couldn’t be more stoked about it. Along with hopefully live debuting some new songs during the mini-concert, the band is also expected to show the new masks they’ve been working on for months for the first time.
