June 20, 2016
Meat Loaf has issued an update on his health after he collapsed on stage during a performance Thursday night in Edmonton, Alberta.
Fan-filmed videos showed the 68-year-old performer (real name Marvin Lee Aday) falling down during his Grammy Award winning song "I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" at the Northern Jubilee Auditorium. He was transported to a local hospital. The update below states Meat Loaf was suffering from "severe dehydration", however he is now "responsive and recovering well."
